New Arena 
This new barn is adjacent to the beautiful and well maintained Hinckley Reservation Trails. Perfect for conditioning your horse or a relaxing trail ride in the woods. We offer paddock and pasture turnout, a large 72 x 200 sand outdoor arena. Inside roomy 10 x 12 oak plank stalls fitted with rubber matts, heated water buckets and accomodations for crossties. The aisle is wide and well lit. Stall fronts have custom made blanket bars and collapsible saddle racks. Our new 80 x 200 indoor arena is all finished with dust free sand footing. We are adding a wash rack, and have large tack lockers capable of accomodating up to three saddles. Several packages available starting at $340 co-op to $440 full care. Ledge Lake Park is located just a few hundred feet down the road so after your ride you can go swimming, fishing or have a picnic lunch. We offer private instruction or training for the novice and for the advanced rider Olympic Medalist Jurgen Gohler is available. No group lessons. WE are conveniently located minutes from I-71, I-271 and I-77, easily accessible to Cleveland and it's eastern and western suburbs. See map.

VIEW OF THE INDOOR 
This arena has enough lighting to perform surgery! 80 foot wide x 196 feet deep, lots of natural light and ventilation. Footing is sand treated with Arena RX for dust control over a clay and limestone screenings base sealed with soil sement for stability and dust control. Horses love it!
THE TACK LOCKERS ARE A DREAM 
Each boarder has a full size locker with shelves and hooks. a $10 key deposit is required.

CLINICS PRIVATE RIDING INSTRUCTION with Jeanne Fashempour: beginners to intermediate. Lungeing to develope seat and aides, dressage and balanced seat equitation. $40 per 45 minute session on your horse or ours. RIDING PACKAGE: If you don't have the time to ride more than twice a week than owning your own horse is too costly to be worthwhile. Why not ride ours! We have lesson and accompanied riding programs that allow you to ride twice a week for $300 a month. The average cost to maintain a horse is $520 per month. That's only boarding, shoeing and shots. That's not even the cost of the horse and equipment. We also have several horses in our stable that are available for lease to qualified riders, and when the time is right and you are ready for the financial and time commitment to own your own horse we can help you find one.
